Planning, Site Appraisals
Site appraisals and feasibility.
An early, realistic read of what a site can support, before you commit time or money. The fastest way to de-risk a purchase, or to know whether a proposal is worth pursuing.
Know before you commit
The honest answer to "is this site possible?"
Whether you're buying a plot, weighing a replacement dwelling, or testing an extension, the first question is the same: what will this site actually support? A site appraisal answers it, clearly and early, before a purchase is made or a design is drawn.
Because we hold both the architecture and the planning, our appraisal isn't a checklist. We read the policy and the constraints and the design potential together, then tell you plainly where the opportunity sits and where the risks are. If a site won't deliver, you'll hear that too.
